A little about me
I am grateful to connect with individuals on their wellness journeys. When not working, I enjoy family time, running marathons, reading, and being by the ocean!
My experience
I hold a B.Sc. in Psychology and Neuroscience and an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology, and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. My training covers trauma-informed psychotherapy, psychoeducational assessments, eating disorders, chronic illness, and high-performance athlete support.
My expertise is working with people managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and chronic health conditions. I also enjoy supporting high performing individual development.
What to expect
You deserve to be seen and heard. I take a client-centred, non-judgemental approach, creating a safe space to explore your experiences and emotions. Expect thoughtful questions, moments of humour, space to feel, and psychoeducation.
My holistic approach draws on neuroscience, yoga, and personal experiences from high performance athletics to ADHD. I emphasize the mind-body connection, self-concept, and physical health in my practice.
